Please read our FAQ and Before You Adopt sections before contacting Wallington Animal Rescue. You will need to thoroughly read the descriptions below in order to understand the animals requirements.
All animals on the following pages are now safe and cared for within our rescue. They are all receiving the medical treatment they need, such as flea and worm treatments, to help them enjoy a happy life. If you have any questions about the following animals or our rescue or to, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Please contact us to go on our waiting list. We have to prioritise our adult cats, who have been hoping to be homed for a long time, first. So if you would like a kitten specifically, please contact us and ask to be put on our waiting list. We will get back to you as soon as kittens become available for adoption.
Hi there! My name is Clover and I joined WAR, with my sister Crystal, after being bravely surrendered from my previous owner. I joined the rescue with a few other kitties, including our mum Gladys, and we're looking for a new home who'll look after us and love us as much as we deserve.
And as much as I like it here, I think we'd like to have our own home with a family that will love us and our fluffy ways!
Hi there! My name is Olive and I'm currently looking after my newly born kitten. I joined WAR after being bravely surrendered from my previous owner. I joined the rescue with a few other kitties and we're all looking for a new home who'll look after us.
Once my kitten is big enough to take care of themselves, please do contact WAR if you'd like me to join your lovely home.
Hey guys, my name is Steve and this is my wifey Shelley. This is our second time in WAR HQ as we were surrendered from our previous owner... nothing bad, we promise! Just change of circumstances unfortunately.
When we first joined WAR, we were part of a joint rescue operation led by the Cats Protection League and involving Veterinary Assist UK. They also rescued our mum Tania and her new litter of 3 bubbas. We were all taken straight to the vets for check ups and were in fairly good condition other than a few cuts and scrapes from fighting - that's what happens when folks don't neuter us male cats!
We've both been neutered now. We will be chipped before I going to our new home and vaccinated. We have to be homed as a pair, and are possibly the most loving duo out there; looking for a happy caring home where I can finally enjoy being a cherished member of the family!
Hi there! My name is Gladys and I have just joined WAR from unfortunate circumstances. I'm currently residing in WAR with a bunch of my kittens (now fully-grown!), as well as expecting another litter soon.
Once they are born and big enough to take care of themselves, I will be available for adoption! I'm very friendly but do like my space and peace.
