Blyton's Story
A very special person is needed for a very special cat! ❤️
Meet Blyton, who is now looking for her forever (indoor) home!
Blyton was rescued by us in Summer 2022, along with her mum and 5 siblings, and they all found their furrever homes. Blyton was rehomed with one of her brothers, but sadly, despite trying many things over the last couple of years, it became apparent to her owners that Blyton wasn't a happy cat. The environment, for whatever reason, was not suited to her, so we agreed to take her back in.
For the last couple of months, Baldy has been working hard with Blyton at WAR HQ to gain her trust. She has come on in leaps and bounds, and although she is still incredibly shy and nervous, she is a sweet girl and is now starting to trust and enjoy affection. Blyton generally seeks the security of her hidey boxes, but now enjoys head, nose and belly rubs. In order for her to continue to grow in confidence, we now think that the best place for her is in her own home, with someone who can be with her more often, giving her love, attention and reassurance.
Blyton is looking for a quiet, calm home, with a very patient person (or people), who can spend a fair amount of time at home with her, gaining her trust. She will be best suited to being an indoor cat.
Blyton has been spayed, chipped and is up to date with her jabs.
