Hi there, everyone!
We're the happy, playful, cuddly, feisty sisters, Ember and Raven. We came into rescue on 26th October, having been found at about 6 weeks old, dumped in a box, by a dog walker on Mitcham Common. We seemed happy and healthy and were eating solids, so we moved straight in with our foster Mum.
Given our start in life was a sad one, our foster mum was surprised how confident and cuddly we were. We didn't hide and soon made ourselves comfortable on her lap, arm, shoulder, or anywhere else we could snuggle in just like a baby. We love to cuddle up to sleep on her and on her pillow/face/head at night. We can have a bit of a love/hate relationship - a bit like most siblings, right? We love to play, have a good fight and then cuddle up to sleep together. Raven doesn't mind being picked up for a cuddle, but Ember isn't too keen.
We're great at using the litter tray. We eat well - our favourite is roast chicken - but we eat most wet food and fish too. We’ve had our first vaccinations now and our second will be covered by WAR.
As we don't have a cat mum, our foster mum thinks we can start looking for a forever home now, and she says, if we're lucky, we can find a new home in time to terrorise someone else's Christmas tree! We are gentle girls, but lively kittens with sharp claws sometimes when we play, so may not be suitable for a home with very young children.
If you think you have room for us in your hearts and your home, please complete the application form for us to consider.
