Agnetha's Story
Hi! I'm Agnetha, or you can call me Aggie!
I came into WAR as a heavily pregnant stray in early June, settled in well at WAR HQ and gave birth to my five gorgeous babies (the Abba Crew kittens) 4 days later. When they were 6 days old, we all went to live with our foster mum. I was a good mum, but I have to say that I've been living my best life since the kittens found their forever homes. My foster Mum says that I'm as kitten-like now as the kittens were!
She says I'm a sweet, quirky cat, funny, full of energy, into everything and I'm a good companion. I'm not a lap cat, but like to spend my sleeping time on the sofa next to my human, in my Christmas Mickey Mouse bed or on my human's bed. I don't mind being picked up and fussed for a while though, and will follow you around for head, chin and nose strokes and head bops. In fact, I'm loving my cuddles more and more these days as the excitement of being kid free is wearing off a bit - check out my photos! My mum says that I'm the nosiest cat she's ever had (and she's had LOTS). I like to nose in the washing machine, the dishwasher, drawers, boxes, bags, wardrobes, and I run my own neighbourhood watch scheme as I love standing watching at the window. I'll usually just follow my mum around to see what mischief I can find and to get her to play with me. I like to play, with mice, feathers, flies, ribbon, shoes, laces, a leaf on the floor - in fact anything that moves, or doesn't, really!
I'm quite a fussy eater, with a small appetite... Well, until it comes to treats, and then I'm not fussy at all - as long as I've got lick-e-lix, meaty sticks and dreamies!
I'm spayed and fully vaccinated. I'm quite nervous around new people so may take a little while to warm up and might be better with slightly older children. I haven't been too keen on other cats that I've seen through the window, so I'd like to try and find a home where I'm the only pet and you can Lay All Your Love On Me. I'd also like my own garden to explore when I'm allowed out, in a home away from any busy roads. If you think I might be the cat you're looking for, please Take A Chance On Me and complete an application form, as I Have A Dream of being in my furrever home very soon!
