Elsie's Story
Hi, I'm Elsie - a 10-year-old female cat - and I came into the rescue in early March, under quite sad circumstances, helped by the Metropolitan Police and the London Ambulance Service. But there's no need to dwell on the past! Since then, I've been warm, safe, fed, watered, loved and cuddled at WAR HQ and with my fosterers. So I've got no complaints there! 😻
Meow, mrrp, mrrp! Now, I'm a slightly older, experienced lady, probably around 10 years old, but I look, feel and act much younger so there's no need for you to worry there! I'm searching for an understanding furrever family for meaningful conversation and cuddles.
Although I came from a traumatic situation, apart from the occasional pee in the laundry basket (we're always honest!), you wouldn't know it. I'm a bundle of energy with equal love for snuggly warm spaces, cozy laps and cuddles, and playing madly with a feather toy. I adore belly rubs and will roll around the floor showing my fluffs until I've had my fill, and if you're sat down anywhere, I'm likely to put my paws up for a hug.
I'm keen to go outside to chase things, so would like a safe garden on a quiet road please. I'm not tested with other pets and would prefer older children if you have them...
I'm chipped, spayed, checked and vaccinated, so I'm raring to go! 😻
