Bethany's Story
Attention monkey Slaves! - I mean lovely humans. One of you could be forever blessed with my company!
My full title is Her Royal Fluffiness (HRF) Bethany, but you can call my beautiful.
I was rescued by WAR and came into them in a bad way. I had fluid in my lungs and a dislocated jaw. Don’t worry though - I’m an absolute trooper and have recovered well. I can be timid at times, and I’m an expert at hiding but once I realize I’m safe, I will be happy to resume my royal duties.
As I have important matters of state to deal with (the pigeon and cat next door are back), I will leave the rest to my staff:
"Bethany was very nervous at first but has come out of her shell now and loves to be the centre of attention. She has three thrones, one in the centre of the sofa with a blanket on, one is a chair by the back door to keep an eye on the pigeons and the third is by her foster mum’s desk with a blanket on (to make sure she is working on matters of importance to the state).
Foster dad is definitely the help; tasked with putting bread out for the pigeons, feeding HRF and chin tickles. Foster mum has a little shadow in Bethany, and is definitely seen as the queen of the house. She will happily curly up with mum and give the sweetest little snores or have a little play fight.
Bethany is such a lovely, gentle lady-like cat and we think she’s amazing. Bethany needs a special loving family to help her continue to build her confidence. In return, they will get a beautiful, furry friend that will love you forever."
Although we are sure she would be fine with children as she has the most gentle nature, we feel that she would be better suited to a quieter home with older children and adults only as young children may scare her. She would need a home away from a main road with a garden and the odd pigeon. If this sounds like your family, please get in touch.
