Darren's Story
Oi Oi ladies (and gents)! My name is Darren, but you may call me Dazza or Dazzels.
I have three loves in life eating, fusses and shouting (meowing). I may also have a bit of a cat nip problem, but we will gloss over that. Speaking of gloss when I first came to WAR, I was covered in paint. That along with my name and character has resulted in my foster daddy believing I was a painter in a former life.
A typical day for me starts when my foster daddy’s alarm goes off and I shout at him until he gets up and feeds me. I then snooze until my foster mummy gets up and then shout at her for my second breakfast. I will then spend my day napping, shouting and demanding fusses from my foster mummy whilst she is on the phone for work. When my foster daddy gets in I will shout at him until he has fussed me.
I spend my evening dozing on a lap and reminding the humans when it is my dinner time. When my foster mummy goes to bed I like to follow my foster daddy around shouting at him to go to bed to. I will then have some fusses from my foster daddy in bed and then fall asleep on my foster mummy.
I can be shy at first and I'm very much a lap cat, and very affectionate. I will sometimes play with a toy, as long as it involves catnip. I've not been around children too much but my humans think I would like them as I am sure they would feed me and give me fusses.
I am looking for a loving home away from a main road, and I must have a garden as I do miss being able to go out and chase the lady cats. I am looking for the best home, so please do let me know why you think I'm the cat for you :-)
