Well hi there, everyone! My name is Delphine!
I came into WAR as a stray. I had been straying for some time in Carshalton. A local resident managed to coax me into her garage and kept me safe until WAR arrived.
The finder had been posting about me over social media for some time before managing to secure me, but wasn't able to locate any owners. No big surprises when they discovered I wasn't chipped either!
I really wasn't in great health when I arrived at WAR. I had a really nasty skin condition and was underweight.
Off to the vets I went! I was prescribed steroids for my skin and coconut oil to help me heal.
It has taken a while to get me back in tip top condition, but I'm very happy to tell you that I'm now back to my full healthy, beautiful self!
I am currently living with my foster dad and am thoroughly enjoying this new pampered lifestyle. My new hobbies include sitting on laps and being fussed about, sleeping on your bed (which is now my bed!) and eating as and when I like! No more looking for scraps for me!
Now, as an older lady, I'm looking for a loving retirement home where I can chill out and be your new best friend. I'm happy to be an indoor cat. I would prefer to be an only pet. (No little children please.)
If you think you can offer me a loving home, please complete the application form! Luffs from Delphine xxx
