Pookie's Story
Hi all, my name is Pookie and I am a 3 months old tabby cat.
I came in to WAR from very traumatic circumstances and had never met humans prior to this... so it has all been a bit overwhelming for me in all honesty.
I am a very shy, timid girl and I will run and hide if I feel worried. I'm currently in foster with other kittens though who are very confident, so I am watching them, and starting to play, and learning that perhaps I don't always need to be scared.
Because I am so timid, I will need a quiet home with a friendly resident cat to look after me and teach me the happy cat life... I've been getting on really well with my foster brothers Bernard and Bugsy. Unfortunately, this means I can't live with young children or dogs.
I will need direct access to a nice garden to explore when I am older too, away from any busy or main roads.
