We have some very sad news from Tinkers' long term foster family. This is what they have to say... 🥀 "We first met Tinker at WAR HQ. We instantly fell in love with him and had to bring him home, so we did! On the 17th October 2017, Tinker became a part of the clan. Due to him being terminally ill, we were told that he would have around 3 months left. Fast forward to 2020 and 3 months turned into 2 years and 3 months! Unfortunately, things took a turn for the worst recently though and on the 16th March 2020, we had to say goodbye to Tinks as he passed over the rainbow bridge." "We will never forget his character; his little Elvis lip that curled over, or his persistent efforts to snatch food from the plate. He made himself known and quickly chose his territory (Jan’s lap). He brought so much love and laughter into our home and we will never forget him.
My Tinky Tonks, I am so glad to have brought you home, you had such a gentle heart and were such a sweet boy. I hope your having fun over the rainbow bridge! We love you." ❤️ To our foster family Maria, Jan, Chloe and Jack - we are so sorry for your loss, your love and kindness is commendable beyond words . Rest in peace Tinks. Our team of fosterers always take care and make the utmost effort in the care of our animals. Knowing that his life was potentially extended due to the love and treatment he received from Maria and her family is why we do what we do as a rescue.
